Responsible for achieving the company's revenue targets from new or existing customers by conducting a sales process cycle and ensuring customer satisfaction (both in terms of operational, financial and commercial) from the services provided by the company.

Decision Making Recommendation
  • Determine the decision of the service to be sold to the customer
  • Decide on discounts and margins in accordance with the authority matrix of the publish price or special price that has been given by Pricing/Busol
  • Providing decisions on TOP standards in accordance with the services provided
  • Recommend process improvements from both the comm side and from the side of other divisions/departments for customer satisfaction
  • Recommending account freeze for bad payer/non-compliant customers from TOP
  • Recommend the type of service according to customer needs to other divisions/departments

Bachelor in All Major
