Ensure and guarantee the procurement process of goods/services required in the project is realized and meets the QCD aspects (on Quality, on Cost, and on Delivery) - by: making POs on time; and strictly monitoring and controlling the process of expediting procurement of goods/services at vendors so that they can be completed and delivered according to the specified schedule.

Decision Making Recommendation
  • Approve the draft PO to be forwarded to the releasing party (supervisor)
  • Determine the priority of PR execution into a PO
  • Approve the selection of selected vendors that meet the QCD aspects prepared by the Purchasing Officer
  • Recommend users to delete PR lists that are too old.
  • Recommend the Finance Division regarding vendor invoice payment priorities.
