Division Head HC System & Analytics

Job Purpose:

To ensure HC digital strategics supports effective and efficient HC business process with high accuracy, integration, security also oversee development and implementation HC system to bring HC insight into management strategics decision.

Job Description:

1. Oversee and supervise development and implementation HC System (SAP Success Factors) to support business needs in ABM Group
2. Ensure optimizing using SAP Success Factors end to end process HC System.
3. Develop and maintain matrix authorization including policies and procedures to ensure security and confidentiality.
4. Supervise and ensure development and maintenance of systems achieve as per timeline.
5. Facilitate implementation other HC applications to support business and ensure integration with SAP Success Factors.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 10 years’ experience in SAP HC or 4 years in SAP Success Factor.
2. Min. bachelor’s degree Engineering such as Industry, Informatics, Electrical engineering etc.
3. Understand end to end process in SAP SF, covering all modules from Employee Central, Recruiting, On Boarding, PMGM, Learning, Succession & Development, Compensation.
4. Having knowledge in integration suite related to SAP SF.
5. Having knowledge in workforce planning (SAC Planning) or HC Analytics will be additional advantage.
6. Able to manage the team & experienced in project management
