IT Security & Architecture Manager

Job Purpose:
Ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy and support our subsidiaries in itsoperation. Also responsible for defining the Technology vision, standards, andguidelines for the organization's IT infrastructure and applications, to ensureits scalability, security, and efficiency.

Job Description:

Strategic IT Architecture:  Develop and maintain the enterprise architectureframework and roadmap, aligning it with the company's Strategic objectives.

Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business leaders, operation teams,and external partners to understand their needs and deliver effective architecturalsolutions.

Technology Leadership: Provide Technology leadership and guidance to the ITteam, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.

Application Architecture: Define and enforce enterprise application architecturestandards and guidelines, including integration patterns and data models.

Infrastructure Design and Optimization :

• Design and implement robust and scalable IT infrastructure, includingnetworks, servers, storage, and security systems.
• Optimize infrastructure performance and cost-effectiveness throughcontinuous monitoring and improvement.
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning forcritical IT systems.

Security and Compliance Coordinator:

• Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements, such asUU PDP (data privacy regulations) and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Identify and mitigate security risks, implementing appropriate security controlsand measures.
• Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to proactivelyaddress potential threats.

Innovation: Identify emerging technologies and trends that can drive innovationand improve business efficiency.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of the IT architecture, including system designs, configurations, and processes.

Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree iin Computer Science, Information Technology, or arelated field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT architecture, with a proven track record ofdelivering complex IT solutions.
• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks(TOGAF, Zachman), Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD, Git,Jenkins)
• Strong leadership, Project Management skills, Communication skills, AnalyticalThinking, and Problem-Solving skills.
• Will be placed full WFO and will be placed in Cilandak-KKO
