Officer Business Performance Management

Job Description

Work with internal and external stakeholders to support the development and implementation of performance management and strategic planning for Mining Value Chain that align with the organization's long-term objectives. You will act as a liaison among stakeholders to analyze strategy execution and alignment, competitive landscapes, and internal performance metrics to inform strategic decisions and optimize operational efficiency.
 

Job Responsibilities:
    1. Develop and monitor strategic plans for Mining Value Chain to achieve company objectives.
    2. Conduct thorough performance analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
    3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define long-term goals and strategies.
    4. Monitor and evaluate performance of company and liaise with Internal Department to identify issue and appropriate corrective action.
    5. Prepare reports and presentations to better understand current and future company performances.

Education:
Bachelors in Business, Engineering, or related subject with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Corporate Planning or Performance Monitoring (Fresh Graduate with extensive knowledge in mining are welcome to apply)

Competencies:

1. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a good attention to detail
2. Understanding of coal industry is a plus
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
4. Fast learning ability, self-motivated and proactive
5. Willing to place at HO, Cilandak-Jakarta Selatan
