Specialist Accounting

Job Purpose

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting, Management and Statutory Reporting to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, auditing and reporting, and will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting financial decision-making processes by providing reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records (using SAP) and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Support the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Max. 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the mining industry.
• Experience as external auditor is preferred.
• Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (SAP) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Familiarity with SAP products is a plus.
