Specialist Corporate Strategy

Job Description

To identify, track and implement KPI's, metric & Balances Scorecard to improve business performance, conduct diagnostic review and benchmarking

To perform analytic-based diagnostic review of business performance gap and propose improvement initiatives

To standardize Balance Scorecard terminology and measurement definition across the organization

To assist functions in selecting performance targets on the scorecards measurement as well as identify the strategic initiatives required to achieve them

To monitor and govern initiatives (including IDPP) cooperating with BPI Department

To govern balance scorecard data collection and report to assure the information is valid and reliable

Accountable and responsible to facilitate monthly scorecard reporting

To Support corporate strategy during target setting process

To Support Corporate Strategy during strategy map discussion and creation including facilitate strategy map discussion with other function 

Qualifications : 

Bachelor Degree of Engineering, Finance, Accounting or Management

Have 4 - 5 work experiences in mining or any industries

Mastering of Balance Score Card concept implementation and Strategic Management 

Have a good knowledge of investment analysis

Able to read and analysis of financial reports

Have a good communication & interpersonal skill
