Specialist Organization Management

Job Description

Contribute to the development of annual workforce planning strategies, monitor the implementation of plans against actual fulfillment, manage workforce data, assist in creating organizational design, and ensure consistency in the application of organizational structures, including position data and job descriptions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial & Organizational Psychology
• At least 3 years of experience in organizational development, business process, management strategy, or other HR-related fields (preferably in a prominent mining company)
• Strong data analysis skills in HRIS and Excel, with a preference for experience using SAP SuccessFactors
• Proficient in organizational design, job evaluation, and job description development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to be placed at the Head Office (Cilandak, South Jakarta)
