Sr. Specialist Insurance

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for analyzing insurance needs
• Planning and proposing appropriate insurance programs
• Managing insurance placements and claims processes for the company and its subsidiaries
• To ensure the optimization of the insurance program in accordance with targets and applicable procedures.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Insurance or Law
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate insurance, underwriting, claims, or as a surveyor in the logistics, cargo, project, mining, or heavy equipment industries
3. Strong understanding of insurance terms and conditions, various types and classes of insurance, insurance brokers, the insurance market, and claims processes
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
5. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
6. Willingness to travel to operational areas
7. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Power BI is an advantage
