Job Purpose

Menjamin berjalannya strategi dan implementasi sistem manajemen kinerja dan manajemen talenta secara efektif, efisien dan konsistensi di perusahaan dengan cara merencakan dan merekomendasikan proses dan alat yang digunakan dalam sistem manajemen kinerja di perusahaan, meninjau dan memformulasikan laporan hasil pelaksanaan KPI sebagai bahan kontribusi dan rekomendasi dalam proses Talent Mapping, meninjau dan mengawasi proses Individual Development Plan (IDP) atau Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) secara keseluruhan, memformulasikan hasil asesmen untuk pemetaan Gap Competency dan hasil IDP/PIP untuk rekomendasi program Talent Mapping serta memonitor dan mengevaluasi proses pelaksanaan Person Grade Promotion/Job Promotion/Rotation/Demotion dan Talent Mapping secara keseluruhan

Bachelor in Economics Business and Management or Psychology

Minimal 5 tahun pengalaman di area Talent & Performance Management di industri serupa
