Ensuring the implementation of the strategy and performance management system and talent management effectively, efficiently and consistently in the company by planning and recommending the processes and tools used in the performance management system in the company, reviewing and formulating reports on the results of KPI implementation as contribution material and recommendations in the Talent Mapping process, reviewing and supervising the Individual Development Plan (IDP) or Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) process as a whole, formulating assessment results for Competency Gap mapping and IDP/PIP results for Talent Mapping program recommendations as well as monitoring and evaluating the implementation process of Person Grade Promotion/Job Promotion/Rotation/Demotion and Talent Mapping as a whole
