Officer IT Support & Infrastructure

Job Description

1. Manage and maintain the company's network, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
2. Provide technical support for IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and backup systems.
3. Diagnose and resolve network and infrastructure issues quickly and efficiently.
4. Implement and monitor network security policies to protect company data.
5. Create and maintain network and infrastructure documentation, including network diagrams and operational procedures

Job Qualification

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Telecommunications from a reputable university.
2. At least 2 years of experience in a similar network and IT infrastructure position.
3. Fluent in English.
4. Knowledgeable in TCP/IP concepts, internet applications, and network & SDWAN (Fortinet).
5. Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and Mac OS.
6. Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
7. Strong communication, analytical, and time management skills.
